Does your project qualify?

The G Home program is not a good fit for every project. In order to qualify, your project(s) must meet the following criteria:

1. The house or multi-unit project must be pre-1980’s
2. The project is in original condition
3. The scope of work already includes landscape and mechanical
4. You already have a team of good contractors

Do you qualify?

Before registering your project for G Home certification, participants are required to be a G Home approved participant. In order to qualify, your organization or client(s), must answer yes to the following:

1. We are currently remodeling at least ten pre-1980’s units annually
2. We currently have a good team of contractors
3. Our typical scope of work often includes mechanical and landscape
