Philip Beere is the Founder of G Street™ and G Home™, the brand that helps builders, rehabbers, and investors bring their green homes to market.

Beere is recognized as the national expert in green remodeling and was featured twice on CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, highlighting his work for rehabbing foreclosed houses that follow strict G Home™ design standards for efficiency, air quality, location, and cool design.

Numerous organizations, including the National Association of Builders and the State of Arizona, have honored Philip with awards for his work in sustainable design, energy efficiency, and rehabbing residential properties.

Beere holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University or California, Santa Barbara. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University in Real Estate Development.

Beere’s speaking engagements include the International Builders Show, Greenbuild, Universities, and industry events. His presentation topics include G Street™ signature education sessions, ‘When Improvements Appraise’, ‘Remodel Workshop & Energy Efficiency Design’, and ‘Transforming Foreclosed Houses into Efficient Homes.’ In 2009, Beere headed teams to create the curriculum and train 1200 building professionals on the 2009 IECC, and to create green curriculum for Arizona community colleges, as funded by the Department of Energy and the Department of Labor.
